Waste of space mixed up the flu jab date so I tried to phone the surgery to find out when it actually was and although first in queue waited 25 minutes then gave up.

Thank you for the extra time on my last visit. I don't use the doctor's often, and usually in & out quickly, but Dr. Ward took the time necessary.
