Since starting reformer Pilates at Contour I have noticed that, apart from being much stronger I have less aches in my hip and my back and I have also dropped a dress size. I don't bother weighing anymore because I don't need to, the difference is clear when I put on my clothes. I would rather come to Contourers than a gym because the classes have kept me motivated and challenged. So thank you Amy and all the teachers at Contour for keeping me on track this year.
