Very welcoming group. Over the years I had the opportunity to train in different gyms in Europe, in my opinion this gym is run professionally and delivers a very good workout.
I started my martial arts off here and I knew nothing when I started now I have loads off self defence in my arsenal . And have learnt a lot in MMA Brazilian juijitsu and Submision wrestling it's a good friendly place to train with a coach full off knowledge
An amazing club, been training here for a while and have never been to a better gym, the coaching is top class and facility is great too. Plus the other members are great to work with, there's a real team effort with everyone helping anyone.
Absolutely brilliant place to train. Friendly a welcoming with so much knowledge being passed around. Easily the most open minded club around and welcoming to women too :)
