Good gym with lots of equipment, Can't find anything that it's lacking
One of the best gyms I have ever been to. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to join a gym.
Just read a really mean comment on here about Steve. What a load of rubbish!! I've always found him very helpful and approachable plus he is often smiling!!! As for gym there's plenty of machines and I've never known them not to work.Thoroughly recommend Ab salute brentwood.
Just moved to Brentwood and visited all the gyms in the Brentwood area and found this little gem. Been a member for over a month now and can't get enough of the place. The equipment is amazing and the atmosphere is buzzing which really helps me stay motivated with great music being played. Finally the staff are really friendly and the protein shakes are a real treat after a workout. Not tried the food yet, but planning to in the near future......

He always goes the extra mile and clearly takes pride in his gym.Plenty of equipment choice and never queuing for machines.
