After bad experiences elsewhere now take my dog here every month and always happy with the result, nice friendly staff...wouldnt go anywhere else now.
Incredible! My very nervous French Bulldog rescue came out looking and smelling amazing - but more than that, when I went in to collect her she was being fussed by all the staff and was being spoilt rotten. I was completely neurotic when I booked but Nicola listened to me waffle on and nothing was too much trouble, I felt 100% confident that she was going to be looked after. Would highly recommend them.
****AVOID***WARNING***AVOID... Went in for my dog to have nails and paw tidy. I showed them a photo of how my normal groomer who had moved away trimmed his lower leg hair and they confirmed they could do it. I asked them to trim less off and i definitely didn't want it cut too much. I also showed the groomer, a woman with the drawn in thin eyebrows, a picture and explained what i wanted. She basically did the opposite of what i had asked her, stabbed my dog in the foot within 30 seconds making him screech and hacked his beautiful leg hair!! She had already trimmed one paw at the back which I tolerated, but she absolutely ruined his front leg. Her response was 'it will grow back!!!!' I couldn't let them finish the job, it was that bad!!!!!! I don't believe the 5* reviews, there is no way that they are not fake after my experience. When I advised them that had they done a good job i would have been a regular customer, their response was 'we wont be going out of business' and stood there smirking. Awful people, who deserve zero stars. ***please note that companies house shows the owner as Nicola King... A few hours after posting my review a 5* was left by Alfie King!!!! What a coincidence, the surname just happens to be the same as the owner!
