After my dog had to have two sets of antibiotics I claimed on my insurance. The insurance company told me that this vets mark up their prices 100% and they would not pay full amount. Overpriced and regret going there. For a vets to double their prices on medications I think is disgusting. I feel absolutely ripped off and wish I had of gone somewhere else.
Have been using this vet for a few years after finding the amazing vet mr William Lewis. Its Pricey ,which is the only downside as we rescue, and being unfunded it's hard to afford sometimes. But worth it to see Mr Lewis Sadly no more , ordered important medication over a week ago. Rung today to see if it was there, only to be told no it wasn't , they have no record of the call we made, and they will not prescribe the medication, that we had been getting for the last year or more!Oh and by the way Mr Lewis is no longer there.When my partner told the receptionist that our pet would die without these drugs, just got the response.. Well yes, sorry!Totally and utterly disgusted. Only way they will prescribe the drug , is if we can afford a very over priced consultation again. We should of at least been notified by phone, as apparently they ring when the meds are ready after 72hrs. But nothing. Hence us ringing them over a week on from our order .Gutted Mr Lewis is no longer there, he was amazing . will NOT be using this practice again. Not the first time it's been a shambles with things, and with the very high prices charged, you'd think it would be more efficient!

Small carpark but the staff are lovely and my pets i feel always get the best care and treatment here.
Very good vets. Small car park bit squeezy but well worth taking your pet there
