I had dealings with Beresford through purchasing a house and with their financial advisor. I received an excellent and thorough service on both occasions. They really went above and beyond.
Very disappointed with this estate agent. While representing their vendor they failed to understand that there was some form of probate outstanding on the property. The property was marketed as "no onward chain"; as I was a cash buyer it was good for a quick purchase. However six weeks after making my offer I was informed about the probate; then heard nothing for a month. I contacted the agents again to be told vendors had instructed solicitors and expect another 4-6 weeks. Very slow and poor communication.
