Just dont use them and dont sign that 20 week contract. Thats the best advise I could give anyone. A great sales pitch to get your business then a complete shambles. Poor attention to detail and lack of communication from the team. Adverts wrong, lack of feedback - always having to chase, over valuing, windows not updated, prices not changed ....

I noticed she is fairly new to the lettings industry, yet has without question been the most competent and attentive agent I have dealt with over the past few weeks. I manage a large Estate Agency in London and cannot believe how utterly hopeless 90% of the agents in Brentwood have been. She actually listened to the criteria and understood what was relevant to me and what wasn't. Clearly trained her well - Be careful though as I was somewhat tempted to poach her from you!
