Amazing place. It has come a long way since I last went. A fun place for adults and kids.
Friendly staff. Simple but good food. Stunning parkland to wander around. Easy to get away from families on play areas and Stick Man trail if you want some peace and quiet. Saw wild deer as well, but some idiot with an alsation off the lead chased them away. We come here a lot.
Lovely large park and woodlands with lots of places for kids to run free and explore. Toilets on site with baby change and wheelchair access. Nice cafe to take a break for a drink and something to eat. Good sized car parks at different locations around the park. Several woodland play areas for the children to explore. A lake where you can feed the ducks and an enclosed area where you can see the Deer. Why not take a picnic and relax whilst the kids run around. Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead or under control. Overall a good day out had by all.
The multiple wood natural play structur3s are simply fantastic. So many playgrounds these days restrict the child's imagination in what They can do on the playground. These are a lot of fun. There are ducks in the pond and there are deer in a fenced area that you can pat and feed. Parking costs but I think it's worth it. There is so much to explore here.
Lovely park. Great for walks. wooden play area and the stick man furniture in the trees are great. You have to pay for parking but i think its worth it. Play area next to car park with small sandy part great for younger kids. Cafe&toilets.
