New interior, tapas-style buttermilk chicken was perfect, not dry at all. Very friendly staff. Tea at the end was lovely.
Bit of a difficult one this ordered the cod and chips as looked good on the table we passed before we sat down but the meal I got was over battered over cooked and consequently oily. Could have put this down as a one off if my wife had a good meal but it wasn't.She ordered a char grilled chicken wrap that was completely black and dry I tried it and could still taste the burnt char even after getting home and having a cup of tea..see the pictures the black strip with the small bite out of it is the chicken from the wrap. The batter in the bowl and plate was fish free batter could no stomach, ate everything else as was so hungry. The deserts did look good but did not fancy it after the meal. Would have said something but wife was paying and does not like to make a fuss, but how else are they going to know?
One of the best branches of Harvester. the food was great and so was the service. I have been to at least 7 different branches of Harvester and can easily recommend this one to be the best. They have recently made the parking free as well and have reasonable slots to park. Just remember to enter your vehicle's registration number when you enter the restaurant.
Good value for money. Very friendly staff. Ideal place for children. Also elderly grandparents who do not have a big appetite. They can choose from kids menu too.
Most of the food was great but my rib eye steak was a bit rubbery. Staff were polite friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restraint as long as you don't have the rib eye.
