The food is generally very tasty, but the portion sizes are VERY small, (see the picture of Honey King Prawn - 8 "pieces" of "King" Prawn barely covering the plate!). The restaurant is usually on the quieter side, and that is one of the reasons we go there. 2 stars are because we booked a table. When we got there, there were only 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. The manager put our party of 7 beside a birthday party of 10 with very loud and noisy children and adults. When my wife asked to be moved, the manager's answer was, "They'll be leaving soon". They left an hour later but not before our evening was somewhat spoiled by the very noisy neighbouring table! In summary, tasty food, very small portions for the price, and generally less than satisfactory service.
Ordered Lamb with Ginger and Spring Onion.... It DEFINITELY wasn't lamb!! The staff were miserable and unfriendly, even started hoovering around us because it was so quiet in there (wonder why) they wanted to go home!! I wouldn't ever recommend this restaurant and I'd never return even if I was starving
Disapointed. I often go here and on this occasion my grandaughter chose this for our special birthday meal out. I found the staff impationt and felt pressurised to order without browsing as normal. No smiles from staff absolutly no interaction at all. Food was ok but spoilt by lack of hospitality. expensive place cheap service
Very disappointed after a recommendation to visit.... No option for zero stars so a 1 will have to do..food was nice. Service shocking. The staff especially the women are rude. A hand in the face in any culture is rude. Maybe the tax man should visit this place with unitemised hand written bills in Chinese.
