Great flat with excellent access to the train and the M25. The flat is moderate in size with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suit to the master bedroom whilst the other is more like a family bathroom with a bath and tap mounted shower unit. the living room was light and plenty spacious for four adults. the kitchen was modern and equipped with the basics required Depending on what you plan to do in Brentwood I would say this flat makes an excellent base in the Essex area.
The apartment is well located a short (uphill) walk from Brentwood High Street and very well located for the train station. Fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. There were a couple of small issues but they were attended to quickly and efficiently with no fuss.I stayed for 6 weeks while in town on a business trip and it is likely I will be back in Brentwood in the first half of 2018.....If the apartment is free I will definitely be back.
