The company gained access to my garage efficiently but were asking me to pay 85 plus vat for the cost of a replacement lock. (the fitting charge was in the call-out cost) I bought the identical lock at another locksmith for 24 inc vat.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Completely unreliable and have no idea of customers service. Called them to visit my home to fix a lock. They said they would be there within the hour. No one arrived or called to state they would be delayed. I called them 2 hours after my initial call. They stated they had an emergency and would be able to get to me around 2 hrs 45 mins after my initial call. Again, no one arrived or called to state they would be delayed again. I called them 4 hours after my initial call. They said they were still delayed and would be there with 4 hrs and 45 mins after my initial call. Yet again, no one arrived or called to state they would be delayed. They eventually called me 5 hrs 30 mins after my initial call to say they were at a location, no where near my home, that would take them atleast 45 mins to get to me. They never did get to me before I arranged the work with another company. Unbelievably bad service.
