Absolutely the best surgery in Brentwood, all staff are friendly polite and very helpful, the doctors take their time and listen, they never rush you and nothing is to much trouble. It can be hard at times to get an appointment but the reception will do their best to sort you one out. I have been a patient at this surgery for a long long time and have never had any cause to complain a about single thing. If I could rate this surgery and staff 5 stars isnt enough it would be 10+ Easy.
Very good gp practice
An incredible service received today. After waiting in an early morning telephone queue for under 10 minutes, I received a morning appointment with my own Doctor who later gave me almost 15 minutes of his time with questioning and thorough examination. From there I was granted a walk-in X-ray appointment near-bye where the service was slick. That procedure took little more than 20 minutes from arrival to completion. I was also able to book a local blood test appointment (by telephone) within 3-days. Our services are under increasing pressure due to over-development in our suburban area. BUT, I could not find any fault what-so-ever with the service I received today. Excellent.
