No communication skills what so ever. They dont send a confirmation text or email. Have a 7 day cancellation policy yet not all house moves can be planned precisely. Took money from my account WITHOUT my authorisation. Due to inforseen circumstances (accident on the M2) we missed our van collection time. I rang the office three times with updates (using communication skills that they dont have). They have no discretion and my bank are investigating for taking money when no services received. Would NOT recommend.
Terrible people to deal with, rude and aggressive. Took money from credit card without authorisation and we're still in the process of claiming this back.
Been using since day 1 pretty much. Never ever let me down. Normal nice people too. Once you become a regular they will always go extra mile out of loyalty.
The vehicles are lovely.Hired a seven seater once and just hired a 17 seater minibus.Lovely company lovely people. Always helpful
They are worse rental company. You will never get back your deposit. Their vans are dangerous to drive . Very bad communication and they are cheating on feedbacks....
