Rented a but when Wife took the Van Home, Notiched Bald Tyres, When asked to Change the Van. they Become Cocky with me, I have been driving 15 Years never seen a rental van can be issued with such poor standard. WONT USE THEM AGAIN. . They Even said if i dont want the Van. I can Leave it. Very Poor Service. i have taken the picture on the tyre which was on the van. In case they deny. They Have lot to learn how to behave with customer. Only reason i used tge van because, i was moving home that morning. Very Poor standard.

Ive used a couple of times and competitive prices. The only issue, theyre yet to provide the car that I ordered. For that reason I would prefer to pay more and guarantee the vehicle. Or go somewhere with a larger fleet.
