The car was filthy and I was blamed for coming late.Car should be kept clean. That's the first thing you notice.I phoned in the morning to confirm the time I would get there....And I was presented to a very dirty car and no air con working...The sales rep offered a car wash which I thought was a joke...Otherwise the sales rep was a nice guy but needs to put more effort to get a sale...
