Modern method of buying, superb from start to finishHave had our new luton van for a few weeks now & faultless. Like many business owners I just didn't have time to travel searching for a used van, purchased a 3 yr old iveco with low miles. Carried out a facetime viewing on 3 vans, sales person pointed out everything, and happily viewed and operated parts I wanted to see. Warranty, full mot, low mileage, good condition used van & delivered to us. This is the second van I have purchased now from the Tradervan team.. The service is excellent and the quality of the vans are superb, I also this time had the sign writing done through themselves witch is definitely Hassel free, so on collection of my van I was able to head straight out to work.I would definitely recommend Tradervan.. Absolute rubbish company!!! Stay away!!!They seems to be nice and helpful at the point where you buying but after sales customers service just don't exist!!!I've paid 13k for my van and I deserve some after sale customer service!!!Trader Van worst company I had to deal with so far!!!
I see one of their ads on Facebook regarding finance deals, I already had a van but it was starting to make me look unprofessional. I contacted Trader Van and they assisted me instantly and shared some great deals but I already owned a van I needed to sell but... they saved me time a took my old van in part exchange! Didn't get a bad price either and they lowered my monthly payments! I received a call a few days later informing me the Transit Custom was ready for collection - I arrived and it was well presented, they even put some racking & storage in the back as they knew what my trade was, no more items flying around and easy to find things when I need them! If you are looking for a new van don't go anywhere else these guys did everything for me so I could concentrate on my own business! See you when I need a new van!
