Easy access for train service into London. Good parking.

Good train service into London. Lots of parking. I use the station on a daily basis when there other options slightly closer.

An average station with toilets, ticket barriers and shelter but the staff member in the ticket office was one of the rudest people I've met. Was unnecessarily aggressive and threatening to passengers and members of staff. Unacceptable.

Ok but station toilets locked at 5.30 on a Friday evening. Why are station toilets never open? What is the point in having them?
