Very poor quality on product I received and my sweater also smelt of cigarette smoke when I opened the package. On emailing minnies boutique twice I have yet to receive a reply. Absolutely dreadful customer service and would never order from these again, very dissapointed! Only given 1 star because I couldn't post unless I clicked on this, I wouldn't give any stars.
Went in there with my daughter she she visited me in brentwood, very helpful very friendly and she bought a lovely dress from there.

The most dreadful customer service. Ignored all my emails regarding faulty product for 17 days. Following this agreed to refund me for product, postage and return postage. Stated product not faulty (stitching and seams completely ripped), never refunded postage or return postage and really rude correspondence! Avoid!
I have purchased a faux fur coat online over a month ago, and requested a refund as they did not despatch my order and kept telling me it will arrive soon with no tracking details. Im still waiting for my refund!! also been commenting on their Instagram page to get attention and my comments just get deleted
