Very efficient and friendly service. Often have to order items on a prescription, but usually delivered next day.
The Village Pharmacy continues to provide an excellent service. All of the staff are extremely helpful, informative and polite. They have always spent time supporting their customers and giving sound advice. Prescriptions are dealt with effectively and efficiently. I fully appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness during the years I have known them.
I am not being spiteful. I have used this pharmacy for 27 years. I have a right to voice a genuine opinion. The man in question certainly does not encourage people to ask his advice and if I had not managed to get an emergency appointment at the excellent doctors' surgery at Deal Tree Health Centre I would have been in real trouble over the weekend. Everyone has the right to voice their opinion and comment upon their experiences.
I have used this pharmacy for several years and find the staff to be very professional and efficient.Prescriptions are filled quickly and no long waiting times as in some pharmacies. If an item is not in stock it is always ordered for the next day.This pharmacy is an asset to the village.
Ignore the haters! This shop is brill and the village would be much much worse off without this chemist, I'll never forget how they helped my mum years back when she became ill. In my experience the pharmacis and staff are excellent, keep up the good work! You can never please everyone, I get the same spiteful reviews on my business....you are appreciated for the hard work you do, cheers
