I had to claim the broken light. I sent it to his address and waited for 30 days. Then I contacted him and asked what was going on with the claim. He told me that he doesn't know the person who picked up the parcel from the post office and suggested to start a claim with the post. I wrote him if the post reject the claim and prove that the person who picked up the parcel is the representative of his company I will demand him full refund.He replied that he would not listen to my threats and would not answer my other emails. At the end he started to educate me how to talk with people to get help in the future. Rude, impudent to customers, doesn't sign his emails. This shop never again!
Dealt with this shop lots of times now and they are very helpful and things arrive next day. Prices are always competitive too. Thanks H2O
Im not one to usually make a review but I was left with no choice. One of the most abnoxious and arrogant owners I have ever met. I would strongly advise no one to shop here and I will be steering people away from this shop. Snotty, rude and only interested in profit rather than keeping their customers happy. Everything is dealt with such aggression either over the phone or via messenger, the customer service is abysmal. Im not the first person to encounter this issue with this Rachael, hence the poor rating provided by others already. provide your custom elsewhere and support fish stores that deserve it.
Fantastic service, they helped me from start to finish. They even rang me to offer advice on some of the items i had selected all of which i did online. Couldn't ask anymore, I have been saving for nearly a year to buy my tank and looked at various company's to spend my money, from the service and advice i have received from H2O Aquatics I chose to buy everything from them with great peace of mind.Can't rate highly enough
Really lovely shop. I had great service from Rachel who clearly has a passion for marine aquatics. All the livestock looked healthy with a great variety of corals and fish. Really worth the trip
