This was the second time we have used the company for a 4d Baby Scan bit the 1st time at Brentwood. We used a Groupon offer which included 4d Dvd, 6 colour 3d images on disc (the lady actually gave us 9!), 3 black and white mounted images, 1 mobile download, 2 keyrings and wellbeing report. We got there a bit late but being seen was still no problem.The lady who performed the ultrasound was friendly and informative and got some really good images. The DVD we received was 11 minutes long and showed most of what we see during our appointment.The only negative we had was they did not have any recording devices left so was not able to purchase a heartbeat bear.Overall we are extremely pleased with the scan, images and DVD that we received.

Had 4D scan done this week. Very professional and looked after us throughout. Would highly reccommend. Had friends use them before me so didn't listen to reviews on here. Would definatley come back again.
As I do not have a google account I am using my friends email address.Went for a gender scan today. Appointment was booked for 2.15pm did not get seen until an hour later. The lady who carried out the scan forgot to check the heart beats this only happened after I asked her. This cost my partner and I 80 as soon as they found out I was having twins they charged me an extra 30 as this was their terms and conditions and when I disputed this they said that I should have been told on the phone and had to pay regardless. For the price that I paid I do not feel the experience was worth 110. The scan pictures paper was flimsy and cheap and would expect more being private, also they do not print them off in colour. Pictures are blurred and you can not see any detail or features of the babies. Would not recommend this company to anybody, go elsewhere.Leanne
