My mum had disgusting service from this place. Tried to get a piece of jewellery valued and was spoken to like the item had no value at all. Just got the item priced somewhere else for 3 times the amount. Sad to see im the first one to post negatively as I hardly ever write bad reviews but no one should be made to feel lesser than anyone else especially about a valued item.
