After being a customer for a number of years I was a little disappointed recently with what appears to be a tightening of the reigns over insurance quotes. As a member of the RREC I was led to believe I would get special treatment on insurance for classic cars. Sadly, the service was a little unhelpful on a recent occasion with my premises (A Hotel) and my insurance record being questioned as if I were a child. Not very professional and highly unsatisfactory in my opinion.
