Over-priced Christmas tree was losing hundreds of needles by the 25th. Worst we've ever had, and not cheap.
They sold me a print out stuck on plaster and called it a marble table ... Complete scam.... Now I'm getting threats and harassment,since I have got my refund through the bank. Close them down
I cant beli they con people with the marble table! It not marble at all. Just a cheap marble print out which is folded over plaster. Then glue splattered over the top. Look underneath, it look like dog dinner. I had a expert who said it wasnt marble At all!But confirm it is a print outManager was rude on the phone, said I dont know marble ( my bathroom is all marble and I got expertises reviews too) . I got a refund from the bank, now they taking us to court. This company should be taken down!I have reported them to trading standards.I strongly suggest anyone who order marble table to recheck, look under it .If it all white plaster with gunk on side ,,,,sorry but you had been scam too.Im fuming how they treat customers. See you in court!
Horrible experience. Stay away from this company bad customer service, delayed delivery by weeks (ordered on mid Sept, got my table and chairs beginning on December). Coursed me so much stress trying to chase my order. No updates about delivery, difficult to get through (most of the days called about 10-15 times), heard every excuse under the sun why our furniture hasnt been delivered blamed supplier being late, delivery company being late, furniture being on the pallet so therefore couldnt be delivered to his warehouse (god knows what that mean since the furniture arrived in the flat boxes), his driver were on holiday and the list goes on and on. And not a SINGLE apology! Lee has been very rude and quite annoyed that I have been chasing my order that costed me over 1500. Once good arrived they were good quality. I didnt read reviews before I bought furniture from them (lesson learned). I hope this review will help someone else to avoid what I can describe as the most horrific experience in customer service ever.
Really slow service don't call you back but at the end after 10 weeks the item did arrive but only once I contacted there sister company OAK FURNITURE SUPERSTORE.Item was great Quality once it did arrive.
