I phoned and spoke to Luke yesterday, in a bit of a dilemma as we are moving in a weeks time and I had been advised by a local solar servicing company that the inverter was faulty and needed to have it changed. After questioning this with the company and asking them to call me back, they didn't, so I rang a few companies, and Green Energy Electrical Ltd offered to come to me today!! Their price for the inverter was also going to be 400 cheaper than the local company!! So as you could imagine, I was rather happy with this!! This afternoon Daniel called me to say he would be an hour, and arrived on time! He did his checks on the system and concluded that the generation meter was faulty not the inverter. This was promptly changed, updated, paperwork complete, advice on who to advise about it and an even bigger saving made (1000 in total not to be sniffed at!) compared to the rip off company originally contacted! So, without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this company, and give many thanks to Daniel and Luke for your prompt, polite and trusted assistance. Many thanks guys!Chantal & Gavin

Very impressed with GEE. Mark N responded to our online enquiry quickly, and surveyed our property within days. He was very helpful throughout - answering our questions honestly with no hard sell. We were given options, clearly explained all followed up with supporting documents. The solar panels we chose were fitted today (5Feb19) within a couple of ordering. 5 Stars to GEE's roofing and electrical contractors too. Turned up on time, and got on with their job with no fuss... Very clean and tidy. Very helpful too.Good all round experience.
We had solar panels fitted some time back and it looks like the company that fitted our panels sold their customer list when they went bust. We now get frequent solar panel scammers calling saying we need maintenance on our panels etc etc. So I called GEE and an amazingly helpful guy explained - knowing full well we were out of their area and so not a potential customer. He even went on to give me tips and hints about the system and cleaning etc.If only all companies were this helpful!
Excellent service from my initial enquiry through to installation and commissioning, GEE were very helpful, answered my many questions, visited the site twice to discuss options and installation. They provided costed options and were helpful in guiding me to a good solution. Installation went very smoothly, and soon after placing the order. A rapid revisit to assess a possible problem was much appreciated. And the final handover pack was an equally comprehensive set of documents and certificates. So all in all a knowledgeable and friendly team to be recommended.
