The cafeteria is understaffed but this did not alter the quilty of the food and service that the ladies provide. hard working and friendly people
Only went in for a couple of things but they had some good food reductions as they are closed tomorrow.
Quality products and multiple sections to fit your need.There is a big section below with plenty of great food items and places to pay for your chosen goods.There is also a cfe on the top floor and also a clothing area that also has perfumes and cards and places to pay for your products just like the food section below.Overall a brilliant store.Highly recommended if shopping in the Brentwood high street.
Congratulations once again to M&S Brentwood for superb Christmas food quality this year and excellent customer service in store on a very busy collection day.
I can only comment on the food hall in the Brentwood branch today. Service was poor from member of staff on the till I was served at and also from the lady who served my mother. It is fortunate that there is another marks and Spencer in upminster which I have recommended on numerous occasions for helpfulness, kindness and approachability.I cannot say my experience of the Brentwood branch has ever entertained any of these attributes.Strongly advise using the upminster branch - so much more friendly regardless of hours they have been working that day etc.Suggestion would be to permit the Brentwood staff to observe the high standards set by the superior branch.
