Been taking my cars here for years for servicing. I usually book 2hr slot as my wife uses MS therapy group nearby so it's convenient and ford have usually been reliable with time. However on this occasion let me down took car in early expecting to pick it up by 12noon as usual but it wasn't ready til gone 12.30.
