The Brentwood staff are always extremely helpful
Halfords is a bit of a mixed bag of car and bicycle parts, but it does always seem to have the essentials in stock. The Brentwood branch is quite small, but the staff are friendly and helpful and can usually get hold of whatever you need within a few days if it's not in stock.
Nice guys, went in wanting to buy a new set of bike pads, they adjusted them for no charge and advised I didn't need new ones. Good customer care that ensures repeat custom. Wife is looking into a new bike soon, halfords will be my first visit now.... It's the little things that produce a successful shop sometimes. Cheers
Very friendly and helpful staff and good amount of products for small Halfords branch
Excellent service, took the old car battery in; Manager and staff checked the new battery; kept it in store while I popped out to complete my son's bribe of salted caramel ice-cream tub from Rossi's before returning to collect new battery. Manager likes Rum and Raisin ice cream. Once battery installed, car started first time and off we went ... many thanks for your help.
